About Hart
I am a father, son, husband, brother, friend, guide, and ceremonialist — and at my essence, I am a connector, here to share and spread the love that emanates from the center of my being. This has not always been easy to claim. In a culture that tells men to harden and hide their hearts, my life’s work has been to reclaim and integrate the parts of myself that once felt exiled — and to help others do the same.
I entered this world through a difficult pregnancy and birth, carrying layers of physical and emotional challenge from the start. Like many boys growing up, I learned early to tuck away pain and vulnerability to survive. Cultural conditioning only reinforced this — rewarding disconnection from the heart and body while normalizing emotional suppression.
By my teens and early twenties, unprocessed traumas began to surface — medical experiences, relational wounds, and moments when love felt absent in my family constellation. This sparked a deep, lifelong question: What is the nature of suffering? What makes us whole? What is truly real in the depths of our being?
In college, I studied psychology, religious studies, and Eastern spirituality, while developing meditation and yoga practices. A pivotal turning point came during my first psilocybin journey — an experience that allowed me to release long-held grief, tension, and psychic weight. In that spaciousness, I encountered a direct experience of love, interconnectedness, and impermanence that forever changed me. From that moment forward, I knew my path would be rooted in and in service to Spirit with the help of these sacred medicines.
I trained in massage therapy, craniosacral work, and subtle body approaches, learning how deeply the body holds the stories of trauma and the keys to transformation. Over the years, I became certified in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EFT Tapping, Conscious Connected Breathwork, Kambo facilitation, and Psychedelic Preparation & Integration. My work is trauma-informed, deeply somatic, and grounded in the understanding that each person carries the innate capacity to heal when met with safety, compassion, and presence.
In sessions, I weave together these modalities to meet you exactly where you are — whether preparing for or integrating a psychedelic journey, moving through a life threshold, or simply longing to come home to yourself. This work is a ceremony of reconnection — to the body, to the breath, to the truth of who you are. Healing happens when we return to the heart.
Beyond one-on-one work, I have been facilitating men’s groups, retreats, and fatherhood circles for years, including Alchemy of Brotherhood — a space where men experience trust, emotional intimacy, and mutual support rarely found in modern culture. I have also hosted father-focused medicine retreats, helping dads lead from their hearts and create a new vision of fatherhood.
I’m the father of a son and daughter, whose presence is my greatest teacher. Parenting invites me daily into the full spectrum of emotion and growth, calling me to embody the qualities I wish to pass forward into my lineage. My grounding practices include yoga, meditation, breathwork, ceremony, and time in nature — from riverside days with my family to barefoot moments on the earth.
All of my offerings, whether in individual sessions or group work, are rooted in the same truth: when we come home to the heart, everything becomes possible.

My Office
My practice is located in a private cottage near Mt. Tabor in Portland, where I welcome clients Monday through Wednesday for Internal Family Systems (IFS), Breathwork, Kambo, and Psychedelic Preparation & Integration sessions. The space is part of the Portland Healing Space collective, but my cottage is separate and tucked away, offering a more intimate, quiet, and private environment just for us.
Inside, you’ll find a setting that is cozy, inviting, and designed to support deep healing. There’s comfortable seating for conversation, a floor pad for breathwork and somatic practices, and a massage table for bodywork and energy work. Clients are encouraged to express themselves freely—whether that means stillness, tears, or the kind of cathartic release that breathwork often brings.
Many describe the space as a sanctuary—warm, safe, and deeply supportive—a place where the outside world can pause, and the focus turns fully inward toward your healing journey.
The Dome
The space in which I conduct medicine journeys is called The Dome — perhaps for obvious reasons. Yet this is more than a physical structure. It is the living answer to a prayer I carried for many years: a sacred space that would hold, nourish, and uplift both the medicine and each client who crosses its threshold.
The Dome is a womb-like sanctuary, perched on a 40-acre farm in Corbett, Oregon, about 35 minutes east of Portland. From its hilltop perch, it looks out over the westward countryside, opening into vast skies and spacious horizons — a setting that mirrors the inner landscapes we explore within. Though born of simplicity, the space carries a palpable presence of safety, privacy, and reverence. It was offered to me by a dear friend who believed in this work and knew that the Dome’s energy would be a natural ally to the journeys held here.
Inside, the Dome blends the mystical with the practical. There is filtered water, electricity, and a refrigerator; a dual-burning stove and wood fire for the colder months; and air conditioning for the heat of summer. A composting toilet is nearby. The circular design, with its open acoustics and natural flow, creates an atmosphere both grounding and expansive — a cosmic womb fit for interdimensional travel and one’s own sacred rebirth.
Comfort, however, is deeply important to this work. If you feel more at ease in another setting — your own home or a rented retreat space — we can arrange that as well. While I encourage clients to experience the Dome for its unique medicine, the most important thing is that you feel safe and supported enough to let go fully.
